Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
All jewellery items are securely packaged in padded envelopes. Clothing items are shipped in recyclable mailers to minimise environmental impact.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note:
- International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking:
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
